Elbow, Wrist, Hand & Micrososurgery Specialist

Dr. Mary Elizabeth Gibson is an American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery board-eligible orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in the treatment of hand and upper extremity problems, including microvascular and peripheral nerve surgery. She is also trained in general orthopaedics and fracture management of children and adults. Dr. Gibson started her career in healthcare practicing as an RN, which grounded her with an appreciation for a collaborative approach to patients.

Dr. Gibson recently relocated to Tupelo with her husband, Jeremy, and their young daughter. Dr. Gibson loves outdoor activities, anything involving the water, and enjoying good food and drink. Both musicians themselves, live music and music education are shared passions; she and Jeremy have become supporters and regular attendees of the North Mississippi Symphony Orchestra. Dr. Gibson and Jeremy love dogs and have a large breed rescue, Woogie, from the Tupelo Lee Humane Society. They look forward to becoming more involved in the community.
