As two providers are leaving our team, know that our group is prepared to seamlessly continue taking care of your orthopaedic needs.
If you used to see Dr. Elizabeth Gibson, who will be leaving September 8, 2023, you’ll begin receiving the same great care from Dr. Eric Lewis and Jazzma Trice, NP.
And for those who were taken care of by Dr. Jeb Williams, who will be leaving August 31, 2023, you can trust that Dr. Stephen Southworth, Dr. William Pillow, or Dr. Tyler Ellis, dependent upon your specific needs and preferences, will be there for you.
Your medical records will stay safe with us, so your care will keep going smoothly, just like you’re used to at Orthopaedic Institute. However, should you prefer to have your care continued by another provider outside our practice, a medical records release form can be obtained and completed in our office.
