Tupelo, MS – October 18, 2024 – The Orthopaedic Institute of North Mississippi (OINMS) is proud to announce the appointment of Beth Samson, MBA, CMPE, as its new chief executive officer. Samson brings a wealth of experience in healthcare leadership and a proven track record of growing practices and improving patient access to care.

“We’re thrilled to have Beth guide our practice,” said Bryan Fagan, MD, a fellowship-trained surgeon at OINMS. “Her expertise in enhancing patient services will undoubtedly benefit our patients and the broader community we serve here in North Mississippi.”

Samson’s impressive career includes leadership roles at large multi-state healthcare organizations, where she successfully expanded operations, improved patient outcomes, and fostered community-focused healthcare initiatives. Most recently, she served as regional vice president of operations at Women’s Care, where she oversaw more than 20 clinics in Florida and played a key role in physician recruitment, practice expansion, and operational improvements.

A Mississippi native and a graduate of the University of Memphis and LSU, Samson is no stranger to the region. Her deep ties to the area, combined with her healthcare expertise, make her a valuable asset as OINMS looks to broaden its reach and impact.

“I am excited to join the Orthopaedic Institute and work alongside this dedicated team of surgeons and healthcare professionals,” Samson said. “Our goal is to continue expanding access to high-quality orthopedic care for patients throughout the region, and I’m eager to build on the strong foundation already in place.”

The Tupelo-based practice has built a reputation as the region’s leader in orthopedic care, and Samson’s arrival signals a new chapter of growth and innovation. Under her direction, OINMS will continue its focus on patient-centered care, expanding its services to meet the needs of North Mississippi’s growing population.
